Please give our deposit money back … always telling we damaged something but100 percentage am sure we have not done any damage.Once we try them, Staff all are very busy or mostly will be having holidays. I think they have more than 100 days of leave per year.Please don’t keep our money in your custody, pls give it back.Worse agency, worse staff in this world ever I have met.

We rented a property through Lovetts for over 4 years and always found the team to be pleasant and helpful. We rarely had any issues in the property but these were handled quickly and conveniently for us which was appreciated working from home. We had a leak from our ensuite and it was repaired immediately. Renewing tenancy each year was no problem and the team was flexible and helpful when we were planning to leave to buy our first home close to the end of our tenancy. Departure from the property was smooth and we received our deposit back without trouble. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Lovetts were our chosen agent for our house sale, having previously been impressed with their service.From the photos taken to showcase the house, the booking of viewings and the feedback received was all good.The negotiations were all handled excellently when the offers came in and advice on who to accept from was appreciated, particularly in such an uncertain market at the moment.David is very professional and explains everything clearly and has the patience of a saint, especially with our troubled chain and the length of time it took to complete, and me calling almost daily for updates towards the end!I would recommend their services.

Whilst the sale of our house was relatively straightforward for the sales agent, given it was bought by existing tenants, it was a very smooth process and Lovett were very responsive to any queries that arose.That echoes our experience of Lovett as a letting agent - they managed the property for 5 years prior to selling it, and I would recommend them highly.

We used Lovett to sell our home again and we cannot fault them in any way, impressive service. This is the second time we’ve used them and would go back again in future if/when needed. The brochure and advert were great. David and Alex were professional, knowledgeable and sold the house above the asking price. Once sold David was excellent progressing the sale as needed and knew far more than most agents when things got complex. Big thumbs up
