Yates Tyres

Came here for a part worn, price seemed very reasonable, unfortunately the tyre fitted must’ve had a puncture as it keeps deflating, haven’t bothered taking it back as I wasn’t given a receipt and there’s nothing saying I couldn’t have done it myself even though it done it the same night it was installed.I won’t be unreasonable, if it didn’t keep loosing air I would have been happy, I can imagine it’s probably hit and miss but as it stands won’t come here for part worms in the future.

Set back off the road so easy to drive past, friendly bunch of guys who seem to have a good stock of new and part worn tyres. Prices are reasonable, hopefully they will stay that way unlike other tyre supplies who have hiked up their prices.

Nice and friendly bunch of guys. after a quick chat they sorted me out with exactly what I needed, short notice, fitted fast, professionally and at a great price. Loads of stock. No messing around and no nonsense. 5*

Exceptional customer service, these guys couldn't do enough for me. Let me paint the scene... Christmas eve eve evening (23rd) picking up the Christmas food, avoiding pot holes, when one was simply unavoidable on the way to the shop. Obvs I panicked, and drove to the shops took ages to get the spare wheel on. Was going to go for brand new from Halfords, but they wanted £140 for a Yaris tire (yes, just the one) but they recommended Yates.. fast forward to an amazing gent on the phone who said he had the size I needed in stock, and they opened up early on Xmas Eve for me to get the tire sorted. Tire looked virtually brand new for a part worn and I only paid £30 they truly saved Christmas for me. And even put the spare wheel, and everything back for me, adjusting my tire pressures too. Wonderful team, done to a high standard in an expedient manner, highly recommend these guys

Wish I could give zero stars. Absolute cowboys.£30 for a part worn tyre that is a no make cheap tyre. (£47 new). Lasted just 45 miles up the M20 before completely deflating leaving me stuck on the hard shoulder of the M25 for 4 hours waiting for the RAC.£30 and the tyre lasted an hour and lost me a days work. If you want to get cheap tyres just go on black circles or something like that and buy a cheap NEW tyre from a proper garage. The loss and the potential danger I was left in definitely was not worth the £17 I saved....... Besides I lost £100 on a days work and had to buy a new tyre anyway. Not to mention the danger of being stuck on the M25. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Always use when I need tyres charging, will hopefully use this week before my MOT on Saturday as I need 1 replacement tyre,go no were else ,great service every time ,
