My first time visiting Kim's nails and I'm over the moon with my nails and the way you have done my eyebrows.The design on my nails is stunning..I still can't stop looking at them Kim lol very professional and courteous service provided by you and your team. I always get my nails done here. Although it is a Busy environment, they do make an effort to make you comfortable and are always so polite. They always do such a good job. I get biab nails and have managed to grow them out so much. They have even saved a snapped nail for me. I always leave with beautiful nails and they're also so quick!

I went to Kim Nails for the first time and i don't think i will be going back. i wanted biab nails done for the first time. I'm pretty sure the technician i had was a trainee. I had lots of bubbles in the nails and i told him. Instead of redoing the nails he ended up repeating the whole process again. By the end my nails were so thick they felt fake.I wanted to add shimmer to the nails but he messed them up so badly that i just wanted to leave the place. Very disappointed so will not be going again or recommending to anyone.
