Really pleased with the quality of work done to my chimney. Alan was reasonably priced and gave us good advice on what was needing done. He was very professional and cleaned everything up after he had finished. Would highly recommend Heritage Slate Roofing Ltd.

Alan and his team did a great job removing the chimney and replacing the roof and gutters etc. Despite hold ups with bad weather everything was done well and they cleared up when they were finished. I would definitely use them again as Alan was a pleasure to do business with.

Paid half of quote and only got quarter of the work done. One window fitted but not finished on inside resulting in a draught coming through. That was 5 weeks ago and I don't know when or if they shall ever return as he shall not reply to any texts phone calls or emails. The office number quoted is a house and the lady who answered said he does not live there anymore. I don't know what to do now can anybody help? It is now over three months down the line and still no contact. My last email was returned so he has either blocked me or gone into liquidation. Had a joiner to look at work who mentioned a few things wrong with installation which shall cost a lot to rectify - so beware anyone who employs him.

Had Alan from Heritage Slate Roofing out to fix a broken gutter. Quality workmanship at a good price. Planning on getting him back to fit some roof vents. Can't recommend highly enough for a fast professional service.
