I needed a comfortable wheelchair for my mum to attend my dads funeral, I came across Southern mobility and I’m so pleased I did, I explained the situation to Michael we needed mum to be comfortable for the few hours out of the house as she is normally bed bound, this wonderful man was willing to allow a short hire, set up the chair to mums height etc, the compassion and customer service is amazing,. I cannot recommend this business enough. Make Southern Mobility in Basingstoke your first go to company, you’ll be very pleased you did!! Thank you Michael and staff for making a very difficult day comfortable and easy for my mum.

We went to Southern Mobility Services with my dad who is suffering with Dementia for a new Riser Recliner chair as he is all but lost the use of his legs but we want him to be comfortable.From the moment we meet the staff they asked all the questions we hadn't even thought of, like potential pressure problem & incontinence and the types of material that would deal with that plus back shape for the right cushions.I was surprised when i found out when they measured him that the chair is made for his size to make sure he is comfortable.My dad can be difficult with his condition but they were very patient so he relaxed.Just like to say thanks & cant wait for the chair to be delivered.

We had previously purchased a lightweight wheelchair from Southern Mobility 2 years ago. Which has been a great help for taking Mum out and about.So when Mum wanted to up date her electrical recliner chair we knew just where to go. The Staff were brilliant, very helpful and knowledgeable. Mum decided to order a lovely made to measure chair. It was ordered on the 16th May and arrived on the 10th June. She is very pleased, the chair is well made, a perfect fit and comfortable to sit in. The service has been excellent through out. The showroom staff delivered the chair to Mums flat and made sure that it was set-up correctly for her. We were even advised about the disposal of the old chair.

Super helpful company. Needed a bath lift for our nan and Tracey helped us every step of the way over the phone, which when you don't know a thing about bath lifts is really useful. Also talked me through the options by using their website as we can't get to their shop. Will always recommend them

I feel the need to be very careful when looking to buy anything here.I bought a rollator here sometime ago and have come into the store when looking to make other purchases but have decided not to. The store has a huge range in Stock and the staff are very knowledgeable but top of the range products come at a price. I know their service arrangements are excellent. You pay for what you get here.

Fantastic to have found such a great supplier in Basingstoke. We are new to needed mobility / living aids and found the staff extremely knowledgeable. As we left the store we noticed that closing time was 4 pm - it was way past 4 but we had not noticed and the staff put us under no pressure to leave.Excellent customer service throughout, thank you.

The staff here were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they talked me and my Grandmother through the many options available when looking for the right mobility scooter for her. Excellent service and a fantastic showroom with a huge range of products. I highly recommend them and my Grandmother is very happy with her purchase. Thank you!
