Modern Flooring

Modern Flooring have been amazing! Used them on three different occasions both commercial and residential and I will continue to use them and recommend them.From first contact to advice on was I was looking for, Charlie was really good and his team are very proffesional and hard working. A great family business with a great reputation!!

When we came to their store, the team was very friendly and gave us some good advice.Update from 23rd of October: Charlie and the modern flooring team came to install the carpet. It is an amazing job. Carpets are well cut and fitted perfectly. The work is clean and their was no damage on the walls or anything. We are super happy with the results

I decided to choose Modern Flooring after recommendations on a Facebook page by a few locals. I was not disappointed. The team that did my wooden floors and carpet were amazing. Reasonably priced, very professional, and outstanding results. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them.Update: a few months later and can’t believe how good my floor has been laid. All my guests are blown by how good it looks. Looking forward to have more rooms done!

Absolutely delighted with the service we received from Modern Flooring. We did a load of research into the best carpet fitters to use, and got quotes from a couple of providers. When you take into account everything (carpets, underlay, grippers etc.), the prices were fairly similar (some other companies just advertise carpet costs and add the rest at the end), so we chose Modern Flooring because of the great service they provide. Michael gave us his time and knowledge in abundance, and even agreed to a re-measure. We also liked that Modern Flooring moved most of our furniture for us (CarpetWright have a limit) which made our lives easier. Most importantly, the end result was excellent and the fitters were courteous and respectful. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience with Modern Flooring. They were listed as a local supplier for a carpet we had found and liked online. Michael was very helpful and came round to measure the day after my initial call, and then we booked in the fitting for just a couple of weeks later. On the day 4 men carried out the work extremely efficiently and to a great standard. It was a pleasure having them, I would definitely recommend Modern Flooring :-)

Fantastic service. I chose Morden Flooring based on the reviews and to be honest I was a bit nervous and sceptic. But they did an amazing job; wood floor installation of the living room, launch and hallway. All in one day. There was nothing left for us to do, all clean and without any issue. The communication was easy too. We left them the keys and collected them the next day. I didn’t search a lot about the pricing but I am so happy with the job done that I wouldn’t care if they were overpriced (and probably they are not based on other reviews). Highly recommend them and definitely will use their service again in the future.

I wouldn't bother going any where else to be honest with you. We've used Modern Flooring twice since Christmas and will certainly use them in the future. Superb customer service from start to finish, Michael couldn't have been more accommodating from the start. As for the team who fitted our carpets then came back recently to fit some lino, cracking bunch of lads!

Really helpful staff, friendly even though they’re sat probably sick of looking at carpet and flooring all day at a desk. More than happy to help if you’re on a budget and will talk you through different options effectively, concisely and happy to negotiate more than fairly. Usually have great size off cuts at very reasonable prices.
