Staff was very unhelpful and made the experience awful. Asked to go to different post office just because she didn't want to add the application number in the system and told me if I have barcode then she can help only, when not all services require the barcodes. Wish could give 0 star. Just awful staff member.

My local post office. Have had nothing but wonderful service from a very polite and courteous lady staffing it throughout the numerous occasions I've had to make use of it.The area surrounding it is rather grotty and generally covered in litter, however, so it tends to be bit uncomfortable to come past this way, but otherwise can't complain.

Closed 10 minutes before it should have, so wasted time and didn't get my parcel

10/10 when the lady called Gayle is serving but 2/10 when anyone else is covering for her. She is fantastic at her job. She is welcoming, kind, patient and all the positive things but quite frankly there is another woman works in there. An Asian lady around 50-60 years old and she is straight up arrogant and very often rude and makes you feel rushed which is not good for a disabled person.
