I used D A B for an end of tenancy clean.Immaculate work at a reasonable price. I will be using this company again going forward.

We had a 2 bed flat professionally cleaned for end-of-tenancy.The positives:- the main thing, the cleaning itself was done very well.the negatives:- I appreciate it can be hard to know how long other jobs on the day are going to take, but you should allow enough time that you are still arriving to other jobs at the agreed time. If you cannot commit to a set time, you should make that very clear upfront in your service offering. If you are going to be running significantly late, you should be updating people as far in advance as possible. You were over 2 hours late to the job which is quite frustrating when I'm in the middle of a flat move across two different sides of london. Only was I informed about the delay after the cleaning was already meant to have started.- given how delayed it was, I was unable to wait around to see the finished job. I was promised I would be sent photos/videos to inspect, but this never happened. So I had to visit the property (that I'd now moved out of) the next day. All of this added up to several hours of lost time on a mannick weekend of flat moving.

Its so rewarding when you find a company that is everything you need it to be and more! Mark and his team turned a time weary house into not quite a show home! And all with a smile and a truly great customer service. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Re. 5/10/2023 in Southsea, Portsmouth, hants.Mark Cole is highly knowledgeable on many chemicals that can be used and methods to treat different types of surfaces, painted surfaces and wall paints which i believe comes naturally to him due to having coachworks background.And is friendly with an extremely nice way about him and takes a real interest in you.He is highly thorough in cleaning a property and i notice he deep cleans further than average cleaners would go. Combined with his high degrees of thoroughness, very well organised and has impeccable timing, and still at a reasonable price, I will always strongly recommend him.
