Food usually pretty good but a real shame about the customer service and the fact that the order always seems to be wrong and they don't seem to want to rectify it, ordered shredded crispy chicken with no sauce for my kids and it came smothered in chilli sauce then was asked if they can give it us next time?? No good with only half a meal. Had to really argue to get them to bring the correct order and with fresh chips as all the other food was going cold while we had to wait another half an hour for the correct item to come. Not the first time they have got it wrong and now won't be using again which is a shame.

Amazing food. Amazing people. We always choose here when we have a family gathering so our order is for about 15 people, food is on time, always correct and always amazing. I had beef in sezchaun sauce and it was the best I’ve ever had. They threw in a portion of salt and pepper chicken wings which were also great. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Rubbish place food just about okay, overpriced and service poor unhelpful staff and not friendly, would definitely not recommend it.no parking and no wheelchair accessible entrance.

Food and service on the whole was not good. As for the atmosphere that was a different story ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIC! People were singing and dancing absolute laugh

Friendly service but it really was expensive for what you got :( I know cost of living has gone up but it would literally be cheaper to have a sit down meal at China Rose round the corner (which is really really good). Shave off a few quid from these set menus and it would be great.

Never had a bad experience yet from china red, by far the best chinese around. Big portions, beautifully cooked and always arrives piping hot. The delivery driver is the best too, always pleasant and brings lollipops for my daughter.... If you want a top Chinese go to china red, i cant recommend it enough. 5* all day.

Excellent Chinese meals at a reasonable price and always consistently good. I've had many meals from here and they are very efficient.
