Great to find a independent card shop and not one of the big stores. They had everything you could want including balloons soft toys and ornaments

Absolutely disgusted with the male member of staff, I asked if he was able to do something that day and instead of saying he couldn't due to being too busy I got spoken to like a child and lectured to me that I should've come in the week to get that done as if it was general knowledge and I'm sorry that I have to go to work. They seriously need to improve their customer service, absolutely disgusting.

Would love to give a local shop a higher rating however the fact that the chap who I presume owns the shop is extremely rude and condescending. How the chap gets business is beyond me.

I’ve used this shop several times it has a good selection of cards and balloons. My only issue is the man in the shop is always abrupt, rude and condescending. I always feel like he is doing me a favour by selling to me . The only reason I’ve gone back is because it’s convenient but in future I will rather use the chains like card factory at least I won’t be talked down to

This is such a wonderful shop with so much more than balloons on offer. I have always been extremely happy with each set of celebratory balloons I have asked for. They are also very competitively priced. There is a great range of cards, cuddly toys and gifts. The owner is super helpful and will always go that extra mile to ensure you have a great service.

Amazing collection of balloons, cards, banners etc. Really impressed with the shop. Staff were very helpful. Collected our balloons for tomorrow's party and the yellow tablecloth is exactly what we needed for Micky mouse tables. They look ace. Thank you. Will definitely be back.
