Pros:- Very large place, structured on 4 levels;- There are a lot of slides & various toys for various ages.- Suitable for infants, up to teenagers.Cons:- Don't have any at the moment.All in all, I recommend! :)

Had my daughters 8th birthday party here. Kids had a great time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

What an awful waste of money for a party.Taken to a seat no info on when food would be!A voice intercoms that hardly worked and all we heard from it was my daughters name vaguely to then find a staff member just standing in the entrance staring at us like we was supposed to know where we was going.She walked out of the room before all the kids entered and that was the last we saw of her.I have 3 birthday party's a year and have never had such a bad experience or customer service. Is it hard to wish the birthday child a happy birthday? Never again and il be sure to tell everyone I know not to waste money on here.And to top that you pay for a party and you have the cheek to charge the parents of the children invited an entrance fee for the shambles of a place you stick them whilst it's on.

Entry is well priced, especially during the summer holidays with entry for £2 with a returning ticket. It's had a bit of love over the years and a spruce up. HOWEVER, the food options are terrible. Not much healthy food on offer and the beige foods they do sell are quite over priced. £3.50 for some cheesy chips, £8 (corrected to £7) for a 9inch margarita pizza which is barely worth £5. There is no real choice of foods, nothing of substance.- 2 Paninis- 3 Jacket topping choices- 2 Pizzas- Lunch box is not a bad dealThey're really missing a trick here with this place. If they had some sockets available on some of the tables I think more parents would come and work from here during the holidays.If they had better food choices like Safari Play more people would also come here. The food choices over at Safari are outstanding, proper pub style foods with healthy options and amazing prices.If I was to choose between here and Safari, I would pick safari. It's about £2 more per child and £2 more per adult, but there is far more to do for the kids and like I say much nicer food options + better coffee!Update:I think you're misrepresenting what constitutes a hand made pizza. The taste of a pizza is subjective, but the bases you used are clearly frozen and not very nice. If handmade constitutes placing sauce and toppings on a pizza in your opinion then that is fine. Though my definition would be also the dough. But we're probably splitting hairs here.Even if the price I provided is out, which I don't recall it being, the quality of food provided for the price is not up to scratch.Pizza + Cheesy Chips ~£10.50 for the quality provided isn't great in my opinion. But lets be clear, this is my opinion, after all reviews are again subjective to a customers experience.Yes, we did go for pizza, the rest of the choices we saw coming out didn't look that great and the healthy options are really not what you're trying to make out they are in your response.Hats off to you for keeping the business going for so long, I have many fond memories of this place opening.Maybe I should remind myself you're not a restaurant with a play area, but a play area with a restaurant. But that said, even the likes of Big Sky have a far greater range of options.I want to make it clear, as a play area we will continue to come, I didn't provide a 1Star rating, I split it down the middle, after all reviews are there for people to share their experiences.

It was fun. Went with few kids and adults. They had absolutely fantastic day. Although they could provide more fruits as my stepson wanted more apples. It's not always about the sugar. But the staff was great as well.

My daughter had her 6th birthday party here, in the disco room. Everyone loved it, the cold buffet was great value for money.Tracey was super helpful and made the room look just how we wanted it.Best value around by far :)

First time visiting with my 10 month old today and she LOVED it. The baby section is actually really good. The only annoyance is that the big kids keep going in, so you have to make sure your little one doesn't get stampled on.

Place is good overall, the party room is a bit stuffy, would benefit from an open window once in a while. Music system in there is out dated, only play music from 3.5mm headphone jack rather than Bluetooth rendering it useless for any new phone. Also, I just don't see why when you have a kids party you are only allowed 4 adults in, anything over that you have to pay £1.50 each for! Thats a con, parents come in and buy a coffee and food from the cafe so why charge extra for entrance for them to just sit there?

Sat reading my book whilst my children happily burnt off steam I saw staff continuously clean, wipe down tables, pick up toys, use hand held hoovers, help children and generally be very helpful.It was nice to see their level of enthusiasm despite it being the last day of a busy Easter holidays.With this being the cheapest soft play place out of all the major play places in Peterborough you can say yes to a slush puppy or chocolate treat without needing a second mortgage.Overall a nice experience.

First impressions are great and the cage looks great and varied but then I saw this slide which just looks too dangerous (see attached) I actually didn't see anyone dare this slide!...plus the bigger children are stamping all over the place..not caring for the younger ones.....still I gave 4 stars as my boy is loving it
