Had a leak in my kitchen tap. I texted Leaky Finders and they replied straight away!! Advised me on what taps to buy and gave me a guesstimate as to how much the job would cost. Turned up, did the job in about an hour - tidy and professional. And didn't charge an arm and leg!! I've used these guys before and would not hesitate to use them anytime. No job too small!! five stars from me.

Cant praise these guys enough they came to the house after only getting a few hrs notice very professional with all work they done diagnosing and finding the leaky problem explaining everything that they were doing and why they were doing it, and cleaning up any mess that was made a first class professional service from start to finish cheers guys .

Would highly recommend (NI) leaky finders, phoned them yesterday and told them I had a leak in the heating system, arrived with me this morning and within a couple of hours had found where the leak was. Very pleasant and helpful and nothing was a problem. Thanks Neill and Pat.

Called them to ask for urgent help as it was dripping from a ceilling (not to bad). Neil answered the phone and told me I should send him pictures on WhatsApp. And he would then call over. No answer came back. After a week I wrote to ask for help again. No answer came back.Very unhelpful...

We had been experiencing a leak for some time and others had been unsuccessful in locating it. Neil and Pat arrived promptly as agreed. A number of factors left tracing the leak extremely difficult and challenging, however they persisted with the investigation until they were able to locate and fix the problem. All works were completed professionally and they tidied up immaculately on completion. Would highly recommend.

Neil and Pat were very quick, tidy and professional. They detected and repaired a leak underground within an hour of arriving at my house. Minimal damage caused and they cleaned up afterwards, very respectful of my property. Also, two of the nicest fellas you're ever likely to meet.

For the past few weeks my heating system gas boiler had been regularly dropping in pressure so as it was nearing its annual service I called my service engineer. On testing, no fault was detected in the boiler so he suggested there could be a leak somewhere in the heating system. I closely examined all visible pipe work joints, radiators and ceilings for evidence of water leakage but could not detect anything. All downstairs floors are a blend of solid wood or tiles so the last thing I wanted to do was to start lifting them. On searching the internet , I phoned a company PCLA who put me in touch with Neil from Leaky Finders Ltd.Neil made an appointment for the following morning and along with his colleague Oisin they strategically went through my home with various detectors but the results were inconclusive.Neil was very patient and agreed that the last option would be to lift expensive flooring for a visual inspection. At my request and by agreement, it was arranged they would come back again and in the meantime I would lift a cloakroom floor and remove wall vents to see if an underfloor inspection could be achieved. As it turned out, neither of these options worked.On returning Neil and Oisin again went through a thorough routine including draining and gassing the system and this time it indicated the fault was most likely the coil within the copper tank had a small perforation.Neil discussed with me in detail various options open to me and I decided as my systems boiler was 14yrs old I would install a new combi boiler and remove the copper cylinder rather than replace it. He also put me in contact with a plumber who could carry out the work.It is now 1 week since the heating system was changed and I am pleased to say everything appears to be working as it should.I would highly recommend Neil and Oisin for their professionalism and the way they respected my home.Robin
