I have used them for cleaning, repairs and alterations for well over 10 years. Friendly, exceptional and professional service every single time.

Horrendous! He completely ruined a designer coat by using the wrong type of chemical for the fabric. I had photos taken before the coat was “cleaned” (as I was about to sell the item). Upon collection, I gave him the receipt (showing the service he had sold me) complained about the damage he had done, and showed him the before photos. With full awareness that he was responsible for the damage, and whilst holding the receipt in his hand, he looked me in the eye and said “do you have any proof that we did this?” . Absolutely shocking. Not even a hint of an apology! The worst consumer experience I have had. Really- avoid at all costs!

Tried to charge me 50p for a collection ticket for my item. Said that’s how much the paper costs. Shame I can’t leave 0 stars.
