Tomkins Farm

Highly recommend. Excellent experience camping at Tomkins Farm. Phillip and his staff are all very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The site itself is beautiful, lots of wildlife and as it's a working farm it also had Camels, Llama and Alpacas. There are a couple of good pubs within walking distance and the night we stayed they also had a gourmet burger van serving food. I'll be back again as we had a great time!

Stayed with my boyfriend in a 2 man tent. Grass was in amazing condition which made for a very comfy camping experience. Beautiful surroundings with the field next to us having alpacas and two double humped camels! The chap running the farm was lovely and super helpful if we needed anything. They had a small shop (scan QR code and place order - guy delivers on his quad bike!) that provided the basics / essentials - wood, fire lighters, alcohol and marshmallows! Great walks in the area too. Vibe was Easy going, family friendly. We would defiantly stay again!

Absolute gem of a campsite! Only £15 a night and there are walks to do nearby, a pub 5 min walk away, facilities (toilets,showers, sinks to wash your plates, and firepits) animals (an alpaca farm, sheep and 2 camels) and we had a beautiful spot right by the river. The owner made sure we were OK and offered services, easy to contact if you need anything and there is a QR code scan shop available also. We loved it here and would absolutely stay again!
