Absolutely brilliant. Both of the guys were waiting at the pick up point before we arrived and were clearly very experienced when it came to packing the van. They were very careful with our stuff and super quick. They then met us at the drop-off point in good time and helped to unload all of the contents into the right rooms, as directed. Would thoroughly recommend.

Turned up and got straight into it, the two guys were very quick and careful with everything that was taken. Two really nice guys.Sham and Sam made this whole stressful moving day feel like a breeze because they were like the glue holding everything together and just cracking on with it.Now our move was to a different City, yet still went as smooth as this bumpy road could go. A massive thank you to you both and to pure removals, pricing is great, staff very eager to get a good job done, very happy!

We used Monarch Removals & Storage’s man with a van service. Honestly, they were a life-saver and provided a very professional and helpful service. The two guys had no complaints about the tricky corners or narrow door frames/stairs they had to manouvre furniture through. If I would use them again? Definitely. I see no point in finding another removal service as long as Monarch are in business.

Pure Removals moved me from my second floor flat to my new hone some 250 miles away.The quote was very competitive, customer service from booking and all the way through excellent and straight forward.They arrived on time and raring to go. The removal chaps were polite, friendly and helpful, and took great care loading and transporting my possessions - I had a few precious pieces of furniture which they were very diligent of.Overall a very efficient and hassle free experience, where nothing was too much trouble for them.Super service, would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Highly recommended. Used these guys for a 3 bed house removal from Surrey to Liverpool. At the outset Jay was really helpful in arranging everything. On the day itself Sham and the team really took their time in carefully packing and unpacking two Luton vans. The price was really competitive too. Would definfitely use again, thank you!

I am so impressed with your company's service. Your driver and assistant were so patient and friendly. They drove so carefully. My husb was so glad they came through. Life savers!We had a terrible removal firm booked who needed up taking all our belongings on the day of our move. Monarchs came to the rescue, I rang them after 8pm Monday evening and they were packing up Tuesday morning 9am. The two men were fast and swift. Their experience was obvious from the way they had packed the van to the way they manoeuvred effortless throughout the house with any size objects. They were extremely friendly to myself and my kids, we couldn’t have moved without them. I cannot recommend these guys enough!

Very easy to organise, and very reasonable prices. Moved from Sheffield to London with no problems. The two movers were excellent and friendly, and went above and beyond when the lift was broken at the new address. I would definitely recommend this company.
