From the get-go Jeff has been first class with the install of my new log burner.I had been waiting for over a month for a survey to be carried out from another company, however I finally gave up after they’d let me down.In just four days of my initial survey, Jeff had organised Mark the builder to prepare the hearth and chimney with a fireboard liner.In just a few short weeks, the new Horizon 5 was ordered and fitted without delay, and the work carried out by both Mark and Jeff was extremely professional.The results speak for themselves, and my lounge has never been so warm! Jeff said he’d install by Christmas, and he did just that – Thanks guys

Valley Services recently installed a woodburning stove for us and did a brilliant job. A truly professional company, very helpful throughout the whole process from initial contact right through to installation. I'd give more than 5* if I could.

I contacted Jeff for help when my mother was badly let down by another Baxi gas fitter. Jeff took the time to talk to us, advise us and search for the replacement unit required. We couldn’t find anyone local to us to install a gas fireplace stove and they came and saved the day! Great communication and explanation of any prep work we needed to do. All done really quickly. So pleased with it!

We had a fireplace uncovered during a renovation but it was an absolute mess, finding Jeff and his team was a blessing and the transformation is absolutely amazing and was done so quickly. Jeff is knowledgeable and considerate and a nice guy, we are more than happy with his service.

Jeff fitted our log burner and Mark dealt with the building work. Both were extremely professional and helped wherever and whenever it was needed. They were always happy to give advice. The building work needed to prepare for the log burner installation was fantastic - Mark and his colleague (can’t remember his name sorry) did a super job and were great to chat too. Mark will be doing further work for us in the future unrelated to this job. Jeff and his colleague (again, don’t remember the name sorry) also did a super job in ensuring the log burner was fitted neatly and safely. Thank you to everyone involved. We will send photos once the mantle is installed and painting work finished so it can be seen in its finished form.

Jeff and Josh did a lovely job fitting our woodburner. Jeff even did some weeding for us on our chimney. Also thanks to Mark and Jack for doing the building work before the woodburner could be fitted. Excellent work.
