Ordered carburetor repair kit, but they included the wrong size flange O-ring for the carburetor that the kit was specified for. I rang them up and they wanted to charge me £5 postage to send the correct one!

You want carburettors, throttle bodies, then you've come to the right place, oh my god, petrol heads wet dream, unreal 10 out of 10....✌️

How can they justify £3.95 to post this tiny little bracket? Had I been told the cost I would have made one. Total cost is £12.54. DISGUSTING!

Terrible experience that goes on forever. I needed an SU gasket but thought I would buy the whole float lid assembly including gasket. Ordered on the phone, checking that the part I ordered was for the lid, float and gasket and paid over £50. When the packet arrived it was just the lid, so I missed my free MOT retest and now have £100 costs. Rang up and they confirmed that the assembly should have been lid, float and gasket, and they would raise a new order to ship the correct part and refund me when they received the old one back. The next package was the lid and the float and no gasket. Complained again and they confirmed that the gasket had been omitted from the assembly. So they then sent out the gasket. 3 weeks in all. I still haven't had my refund and they haven't answered my email. Terrible customer service and they didn't even try to blame it on Covid!

Absolutely first rate advice given, I have bought several hard to find items from them, the quality and workmanship has been impeccable.I wish they would produce new S.U. D5 carburettors in the near future, can't find them anywhere else.

Ordered some parts over the phone and came to collect. Friendly staff that are very knowledgeable. Brilliant service! Very happy to have these guys right near while I service these concentric Mk1 carbs :3

Called Burlen to discuss reason for rebuilt bike running rich/misfiring- chap who answered took details of bike plus carb jetting, he advised different jets to suit, parts delivered promptly and fitted, bike is transformed, smooth tickler and free revving, well done
