Quality is second to none and if we ever need anything at all to help with a bride they are our go to. Nothing is a problem and always pleasant and friendly on the phone. Just wanted to leave a little review for Romantica of Devon. I’d like to think we’re pretty well placed to give a true, honest and accurate overview that’s what reviews are meant to do. Just a few years ago now (23 years to be precise!) Cinderella’s opened their doors to provide brides with their dream wedding dress. Romantica (Sally, James, Julie and the team) have provided us with an unparalleled level of service over this period (over 2 decades) and continue to do so every day! Cinderella’s is so thankful to have found Romantica at the Harrogate trade fair all those years ago. As stockists of Romantica of Devon I have to say that the customer service we receive from every single person in every department is absolutely amazing. We are not just a store number to them .. we are friends and they go above and beyond to help in anyway they can. It’s important to me to have a good relationship with our suppliers and I can honestly say I know I can call at any time and they will always help me and do what they can. Even in the trying times of covid they got every single gown to us on time. Shocking service, rude customer service, in as much lying over the phone. Late delivery of bridal dress, caused insurmountable stress, anxiety and concern. Insufficient time for alterations to be carried out to ensure perfect fit for the bride. Dresses are not made in the UK as advertised, told by Bridal Shop that the owner of Romantica is arrogant and rude, seems to rub off on their customer service. Build up to wedding spoilt.
