Mark and the team did a complete rip and replace of our upstairs bathroom in June 2019. New Shower, toilet, sink and flooring.We got great advice and ideas on how to get the best out of a small space.The work, craftsmenship and finish were excellent.Marks approach to working with us was brilliant. He explained everything that would be done every day and walked through progress at end of every day.The guys left the space clean everyday.Everyone was friendly helpful and professional.We were so happy and impressed that we booked them in to do our downstairs bathroom which was completed this week.Our experience was the same again. We have a new bath toilet sink radiator and flooring installed in our downstairs bathroom. Mark has also installed a shower. It’s looking fantastic.Again Marks approach to working with us was brilliant. Again, He explained everything that would be done every day and walked through progress at end of every day.Again, The guys left the space clean everyday.Both jobs were completed on time. We found the price was great value. We didn’t bother getting comparable quotes for 2nd bathroom because we had confidence we would not only get the job we wanted done, but more importantly we had a team we could happily work with.I highly recommend mark and his team. Mark and his team were outstanding! They ripped out our old bathroom, re-walled, tiled,and fitted everything. All through the process mark kept us updated with the work plans and the time frame, along with working with us to come up with the best plan of action that suited our needs and requirements.Couldn't be happier with our bathroom (especially our pink tiles) and would recommend Mark highly!

Mark and his team have done a fantastic job on our new bathroom. We didn’t have a shower so the whole room was stripped bare. In went a shower wet wall new sink unit and toilet a chrome radiator and new flooring. It looks fantastic. Highly recommend this company and they were very knowledgeable too.

Mark and his team did a full rip out and refit of our bathroom and were fantastic throughout. They arrived on time, delivered in line with the agreed schedule, and left the place spotless at the end of each day. Cannot thank Bathroom Design and Installation enough for their swift and excellent service.I contacted them by email initially and we discussed getting a quote for a new bathroom. After getting the initial details they arranged to come and meet us and measure up the bathroom. On this visit they arrived on time and we discussed the styles of suites which would fit best into my bathroom, and advised the various options available on my budget.We decided on a vanity style basin and toilet, and a walk in shower with screen. There were also other wee features incorporated into the design which were things we would never really have though of, but since we have been using the bathroom have found them really very handy, an example of this is a wee alcove in the stud partition wall which we use to store shampoo's etc.The team working on the job were all polite and kept us informed of progress throughout. Work involved plumbing (obviously), but we also got new tiled flooring put in, tiles on the walls and a lowered ceiling which we wanted to put LED's in. All in all there was involvement from various trades, but the whole thing seems to go very smoothly which was good for us. The finished bathroom was top quality, and family and friends have commented on this too! Can't really ask for more.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on the complete remodelling of our bathroom. Very knowledgeable and helped us each step of the way. Incredible tidy and was constantly striving for best possible finish, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

Mark and his team were phenomenal! Right off the bat he was communicative and transparent about his work. I can't stress enough how important that is to me! When he started the job, he kept to his word, arrived on time each day and even finished the job early! Prices were extremely reasonable and his work was thought through and quality. I would use him again in a heartbeat. He always ran through what he did each day and what he planned to accomplish the next day. Always asked our opinion and never made us feel pressured or confused. What an amazing experience and can't recommend him highly enough!
