Excellent customer service. A great example for others to follow. Very friendly team - Ali, Alison and Chelsea took good care of my daughter while I was with the optician (Chee) who was very professional. Nice to see such a happy workplace!

Brilliant service and very competent staff. They know exactly what they are doing, right down to helping choose the right glasses to compliment your face. Wouldn't go anywhere else after trying Asda opticians.

Called in with my husband today as we were both due sight tests. We were welcomed warmly at the door and then I went first for my test. The Optometrist, Chee was friendly, efficient and thorough. Colleague Alison also guided me through a pre test smoothly and was exceptionally friendly. I required a new prescription and had excellent guidance from Lauren and Jenna in selecting new frames which I am delighted with. My husband had equally wonderful service. All in all, a very positive and enjoyable experience.

Not one for reviews but have to recommend a visit to this opticians. Staff were so helpful and nice and they provide a first class service. It was a pleasure spending the hour with you all.

Got to let others know, about the excellent service I received. Got appointment within 2 days from enquiry. Opted for the eyes scans , as sight had changed over time (too long). Very thorough examination and everything explained well. Opted for 2 x pairs of varifocals with reactive lenses, at a very fair price. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, and all worked well together, to give great service and professionalism. First pair arrived 7 days later and the second pair were ready by day 11. I bent a nose pad (kids) and when collected 2nd pair, they kindly fixed it for me on the spot. Great team, great prices and great end results for my vision. Very happy customer . Thank you .

First time at Asda opticians following a recommendation by a family member and was really impressed. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and my son was given a thorough eye test. Good choice of glasses available and lovely bright, clean store. Will be returning and would highly recommend.

Best opticians in Inverness, I've been several times. The staff are wonderful, service is quick and straight forward and the selection of glasses is superb.

If I could give a zero I would, after an eye injury Asda options were more interested to sell glasses while my eye wasn't healed than refer to hospital for a surgery. Long story short they did end up sending me for surgery and when I came back with vision completely healed and returned they refused to refund the money for glasses I've spent. Avoid!

Excellent service - time and care taken second to none. Unbelievably low prices compared to other opticians and staff so pleasant and helpful. The optician also took time to fully address some issues I'd been having with my eyesight and I came away extremely impressed by the attention I received.
