Efficient Stationers

Very friendly and helpful staff and always well stocked on a large variety of items. I visit them regularly for all my stationary needs and printing and photocopying. A big cheers to the people at efficient.

By far the best most efficient and good value stationery company that I know of. They offer a friendly, personalised service with delivery, and nothing is too much of a problem. I run a small PR business in Chiswick and it is always a pleasure to work with Raj, Asha and the team as I often need orders on a last-minute basis and they never let me down.

Efficient Stationers simply lives up to its name...Efficient! I changed from our previous supplier to Efficient because they had competitive prices and are a local business. We do not require huge amounts and there is no regular pattern to our orders, and Efficient is just perfect. They are able to meet our requirements with very short notice and offer us much needed flexibility. To top it all, the regular chap who makes the delivery always comes with a smile!

I have to say Efficient Stationers is probably the most friendliest and down to earth shop I have been in. Not only do they actually care but then are extremely professional and get the job done. You could go into the shop with any sort of stationery need and they will sort everything out for you. They are very cheap and better than most on prices if not they will match it

To still have an independent stationery business and it’s family run too within the area is amazing especially in these times, they are always so helpful and go out of their way to help me.

Our business has had excellent service over many years, together with very good prices.If something isn't in stock , it will arrive the next day.The addition of the post office is a great bonus.

I have always found Efficient Stationers Staff very helpful and have been using their services for over 15 years now. All of the deliveries of my stationery orders I receive are always on time and they go out of their way to help and source out information for me on various office products. I visit their shop on a regular basis as well and they have always been so courteous, they provide very efficient and professional service. I am extremely happy and would always recommend them to my friends and other businesses.

Excellent customer service today. Was returning a large parcel purchased online which had to be brought to Post Office at Efficient Stationers by car. Risking it I parked outside and went in, but there was a customer in front. Paranoid about getting a ticket I left my package leaning against the counter, checked outside, and sure enough a traffic warden was just down the street ticketing a taxi. I jumped in my car and four circuits of St. Peter's Square later the warden was still patrolling the pavement outside. I pulled up near the entrance to the Square and phoned the shop to apologise. A very helpful woman said my parcel had been processed and if I pulled up outside she would hand me my tracking ticket. I could see her in her yellow top waiting by the shop door and 30 seconds later she gave me the receipt through my passenger side window. That's what I call service. By the way it's a really good stationers too!

Most friendly family run businesses you will ever find.There is nothing they don’t have , over all the years I’ve lived here it is the best stationary shop ever !Thank you guys for always having what I need !

Does the job.But I feel they are a bit racist. Pleasant enough but seem to be friendlier with 'white people than those who are tanned skinned.Come here out of necessity but if I had a choice would go elsewhere where the service is more welcoming.
