Secondly, he answered all the questions I had; allowed me to test the system and ensured that all my requests were fulfilled. Lastly, he made certain that I was contented when I was leaving the centre and requested me to get back in case I experienced any challenges when using the appliance. Just got my TV from this store. Tushar Patel was very helpful in explaining the differences between the models so that I could choose the best one for my needs. He also helped me to arrange the delivery to my property.

We bought a TV from there. It was refurbished. Until here everything is okay.When we arrived home, the TV in the package was upside down. We carried all the way home on the screen.One and half months later there was damage on the screen. It wasn’t turning on.We have visited Sony and told the story. On the day we received the television, he wondered if they turned it on and showed us that it was working before delivering it. They haven’t shown us. He said that they had to check CCTV.They didn’t check the product in front of us. They can see that from CCTV. It’s their fault. And still not helping us.When we contacted Sony. They sent the repairman’s number and he said £1200. Are you kidding me????!!It’s been 5 months we have been trying to get this resolved.If you want to buy something, think twice.
