Really supportive apprenticeship provider, they have worked with me to help me feel confident to go through to EPA. The level of support provided was adapted to me and my needs, when I started to struggle with motivation they looked after me, helped me feel empowered and strong again.Special thanks to my learning coaches who supported my portfolio and training sessions.Key training have a really high focus on wellbeing also, ensuring subjects such as prevent are understood and spoken about, equality and diversity is also high on the radar to ensure it’s understood and promoted within the company and with learners.I have had a lot of experience in the past with different training providers and can say that dedication and personalisation to how this course has been adapted for me and to my needs has made me feel very valued and understood and confident within my own learning styles. I have been able to grow as a person throughout this experience and am much stronger and happier for it.Thank you everyone

Having been with Key Training as a learner for almost 3 years...I have completed my level 2 with Key Training - Recruitment Resourcing and achieved my qualification with the support and guidance with my mentor. The experience with Key Training has definitely outranked any training provider. At present I am enrolled a level 3 and will soon finish! Thank you to my amazing Learning Coach Elina and the whole team at Key Training for making it worth while for me as a learner.

I completed a Level 3 Business Administration course with Key Training. My tutor, Ami Nurjandoa, was very helpful and supportive. During my apprenticeship, I attended many webinars which were always delivered professionally and enthusiastically. Also, I have learnt various new skills which I now use daily in my job.

Katie Jones is our trainer of choice. A lovely encouraging lady who goes above and beyond to ensure her learners needs are met. So much so that I have requested her by name for another member of my team.Katie has had 2 members of my team trained, most recently Rebecca who with her own drive and Katie's support gained a distinction mark.Nothing is ever too much for Katie and her commitment to her students is second to none. Katie is a credit to key training.

I finished my 18 month business administration level 3 apprenticeship in December last year, I left secondary school in the May and started my apprenticeship in the June. My learning coach was Joshua-Hilton Amzaleg and he was exceptional throughout my whole course. He was supportive and helped me ease into producing coursework at the level 3 standard. I never ever wanted to go into mainstream college and do a levels, all I wanted to do was work full time from leaving school. This enabled me to do so, and the support I had from key training as a whole, especially my learning coach and Darren Mcgurrin (who hosted the webinars I attended for various subject types) was nothing less than exceptional. Although I struggle to conduct my business from a virtual perspective (zoom, teams etc), key training made this process painless and I got used to this. Overall, I’d recommend key training to anybody who Is wanting to earn whilst they learn and come out of the end of it with a qualification, thank you Joshua-Hilton and thank you Key Training.

I have had 3 of my management team sign up to level 5 operational management courses with Key Training Limited.The support and feedback provided to the team members has been fantastic, clear and precise communication and always available for guidance/assistance.I have seen the impact from my team members already in the way they have developed since being on the courses.

Since starting my Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship in March, Key Training have given me incredible support throughout. Ruth is a fantastic and friendly learning coach, and the staff are always on-hand and happy to help and guide me through any task.The staff are excellent, the atmosphere has been nothing short of welcoming and supportive, and although I am an apprentice, I feel I am really valued as a member of the team.

We have used Key Training for a number of years now for our apprentices and have always found key training to be fab. Ben has been tutoring me for a few months now and has been very patient, kind, and helpful throughout my course so far!You are able to attend webinars to help with your endpoint assessment and it is a good opportunity to speak with others who are completing the same qualification as you.You can track your progress throughout your qualification on your one file which I have found very helpful.Thank you!Beth Coggins

Highly recommend Key Training for their apprenticeships. Katie and Darren have been outstanding and always go above and beyond. Katie has been so supportive and organised with my catch up calls and making sure that I was on track.
