City centre suites Renfrew Street

Bed no breakfast. There is no reception to check in at. You get emailed your room number and how to get your keys. The room I had, had its own bathroom but the bathroom was downstairs on another floor. There were cleaners about though.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in! The room was spacious and had 2 double beds and a single bed! There was also a sink in the room which was useful for the morning time to brush teeth etc!Although there was a shared bathroom I had no problems at all in using the shower or the toilet! The shared bathroom was between two rooms so it wasn't too busy at all. Wish I could have stayed an extra night, but there was no availability.When checking out I ran into the cleaning lady, who was lovely and really took an interest in having a conversation with us!

Spacious rooms well equipped with fridge and microwave, though no milk for tea.Warm room, comfortable bed.Bathroom was private but down stairs which was a bit unusual but fine. I liked that I could lock it when I wasn't in. Could have done with some hooks for towels and clothes though.Had a bit of an odd experience the first night where some other guests tried to get into my room, I think mistaking it for their own. That was quite stressful and meant I didn't sleep well but that's not on the property.No breakfast at the property but there's a nice cafe next door

We rent a room with bathroom. The bathroom was outside the room, next door, in the entrance of the building.The room had not been hoovered.The bathroom either. It was dirty and moldy.Someone came to clean" it but this place needs some serious improvement.Managers stopped communicating when we asked them for a refund of the 2nd night."

Cant recommend yet market prices. Shower leaked. Mould in shower mastik and holes in panels lining the shower. One handyman doing all diy jobs all rooms. Old bed linen and duvets and old stains in bed linen. Not quiet.

Firstly the tv was broken & they accused us of breaking it after telling them on the next day .Saw one staff member the whole time , and wasn’t around after 2:30pm so we couldn’t bring our issues up with them .One coat hanger was left in the wardrobe.Bed sheets had holes in , and un fitted .Cigarettes ends all over the windowsill.Bathroom you couldn’t swing a cat in plus it was downstairs not in the corridor as stated .Also the plug socket next to the bed fussed , and there was no one to tell .They have a carfew for 1:00AM yet guest were coming in at 3:00AM .Will definitely not be staying again .

We had to book here last minute as part of our first family holiday, as the apartment we had booked got cancelled on us a couple of weeks before we were due to go on holiday. Our son is non verbal autistic, and we were worried about him being able to escape from hotel rooms with ordinary twist locks...these room were perfect as they have good old fashioned key locks, which kept our son safe and gave us peace of mind! We preferred the ensuit room to the room with the separate shower, but our experience here was fab with both rooms that we stayed in! Plenty of tea and coffee, water provided in the mini fridges and lots of clean towels available! We hope to come and stay here again!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The place has 5 rooms and a glitch in the system meant they had overbooked by 200 people! No one found out they didn't have a room until after the check in time. 200 people had no room in Glasgow that night including those with young children, and proprietor knew there was a problem but chose not to help the stranded customers, by not being physically present at check in and not answering their phone. We are still waiting for a refund which is one week on.

Not great, but very cheap. Definitely more cons than pros, but perfectly adequate for our needs.Pros:- comfortable mattresses- high ceilings- good arrival instructions- locations was okCons:- the whole place is very tired, definitely needs a refurb, or at the very least some redecoration- shower curtain smelt and shower didn’t drain properly. Almost definitely rotting floorboards near the shower.- toilet wasn’t clean- while there is a private bathroom, you have to walk through a public area to get to it- of the 3 beds, 1 of the bases was broken and the mattress sloped downwards, and another one was also uneven- there was an offer of freeview TV but there was no TV signal. However, it was a smart TV so we used iPlayer- the room is covered in extension cords and splitter plugs. The power supply wasn’t great, my watch didn’t charge for some reason- WiFi signal wasn’t great, and mobile signal isn’t great either- there are various marks and stains on walls and ceilingsWe definitely made the best of this, but it’s not luxurious at all. You get what you pay for.

Not only was the bathroom moldy, but the entire place seemed like it had not been genuinely cleaned in a while.Wifi didn't work, there's about 50 DVDs in the room, but no way to play them, tv didn't work either, theres a microwave & small fridge, but no cutlery or dishes except a couple of mugs.The beds were fine and the sheets seemed nice and clean enough.
