He gave me every confidence that the survey would be undertaken in a professional and thorough way.Andrew's team booked the survey on our behalf with the estate agents and didn't want payment for the survey until after the report had been provided to us and discussed.The survey report arrived 7 days after the survey, 118 pages, clearly written with lots of photos to support the comments made.Lee Robinson, who completed the survey from AM Surveys, has been happy to discuss the survey with us in a clear and understandable way.Extremely happy with the service provided, would strongly recommend.

Cant recommend Andrew enough. Provided detailed advice on the types of surveys available and his recommendation for the property we are looking to purchase. Survey was extremely detailed with numerous photos and useful commentary. What I particularly like with Andrew is you are always able to call him to discuss anything and walks you through the report in layman's terms. Would thoroughly recommend.

I Can't recommend Andrew enough, he has a great team around him and has the ability to explain issues clearly from small defects to serious structural issues. Andrew's team take care of the whole process, from contacting the estate agent to providing excellent detailed reports. Overall, I am extremely happy with the whole service provided.

Couldn't recommend this service enough. The survey was 200 pages long, clearly written with a tonne of pictures to evidence the recommendations made. There were clearly outlined action points, and Jody the survey was incredibly helpful with a phone call to clarify some questions I had + prompt and concise email follow-up to some final queries. 10/10 service. Would happily recommend.
