Staff were on their phones the whole time didn’t even look up. Very rude. They also didn’t accept my parcel and told me to go somewhere else so I went to another post office who accepted it straight away.

Rushed all the way with a huge box to send before they closed. Arrived with 15 mins to spare and she wouldn't let me in, and wasn't polite or friendly about it. Will not use his post office again or recommend it.

Possibly the most unhelpful post office I've ever had the misfortune of using. The staff are rude, unhelpful and look like they wished they were elsewhere. I needed some advice regarding a particular matter. Expressionless, monotone reply that was of no help what so ever. Thanks for making an already difficult day, a whole lot worse!

Staff are rude, both women are talking to each other in foreign language while serving customers, so sometimes it feels like they are talking about a customer. They close for lunch but they are still chewing sandwiches afterwards while serving customers. The post office itself is a dirty mess and it seems like they never clean.If you go to send a parcel and dare to have too many" coins while paying for this service

The lady here is SO rude. Wouldn't accept my parcel - they don't have a barcode scanner to take parcels. She told me to go to a printer shop and buy a printer and ink so I can print my own label and that she would never get a printer at her store. She then told me all post offices don't have barcode scanners (this isn't true as I've just had to walk 40 minutes in the pouring rain to another branch who kindly took it) what an awful service and terrible customer care - whoever manages this place needs to sort it out.

I visit this branch frequently, I find the staff generally appear bored and unfriendly. Mistakes have been made with myself and other customers due to multi-tasking at the counter. The shop usually looks quite scruffy and I have found their opening hours to sometimes be unreliable. The previous Christchurch branch provided a much better service.
