Lovely park homes but this one was up for sale it was a but small. I should of known as I have worked on parked homes.

Well presented, quiet and a great location.There is quite a lot of road noise but i imagine that you get used to that.

Woodland View is both a residential mobile home park and a touring caravan park. As a residential park it is a large, first rate long term homing park. With 129 dwellings it is well established park boasting mains electricity, water & sewage. All tarmac'd roads and street lighting are inclusive within pitch rent, as is water & sewage. Now available to the residents is a Bowling, sport activity & recreation club run by residents and villagers. The club is available to visitors of the touring park during their stay. There is sufficient space for 5 vans which are situated within a pleasant enclosed lawned area offering peace and quiet away from the residential park. Facilities are limited to the essentials with a basic wash house & shower & toilet. Electricity hook - up is available for all pitches and water is also at hand. PLG cylinders can be obtained from the site management. Set in historical manorial estate parkland, there is woodland and fields all around. Whilst dogs are not allowed to be kept on the residential park, they are welcome on the touring site. This is an entirely family run concern and is a lovely place to enjoy a short or long stay dependant upon your needs. Just a few miles from Norwich in one direction and the north Norfolk coast in the other, it is difficult to find any reason not to enjoy Woodland View mobile home park whatever you favour in life.

It’s a lovely quiet site very friendly and welcoming people

I recently bought a new Omar home at Woodland View Mobile Home Park. The owner of the park, Sandra, has been absolutely fantastic, really on top of things and keeping me informed at every step from the very start of the purchase process in August 2021 to when the house was finally built and ready to move into in February 2022. A few minor snagging issues that became apparent when I moved in were dealt with promptly and efficiently by Sandra. The park itself is very well run and the residents really welcoming and friendly. Very happy in my new home!

A lovely place to live the quiet of the countryside and onlyv15 muns from city centre
