Bellarome and Mario did an excellent job planning our personalized vacation to Italy and Greece. Andrijana was always there to answer our questions along with Roberta and Azurra at the help desk. We had the trip of a lifetime. Our accommodations were perfect. The tours they planned with the excellent, knowledgeable guides were so informative. The best part of the trip was rentinga car and discovering the Tuscany villages on our own time schedule from our home base in Pienza. Thank you everyone.

We had a magical time on this vacation- Rose took wonderful care of us during our complicated planning phase and was able to coordinate overlapping trips of several family members. Before we left, the itinerary was beautifully detailed and outlined and once we arrived, things were perfectly orchestrated- drivers at airports, train stations and hotels were all prompt and professional;, hotels were lovely and hotel staff attentive; private tours were so well done- friendly tour guides/drivers and a wealth of information. We could not have asked for a better planned and executed trip- we used Bellarome for our trip to Italy in 2016 and didn't think that trip could be topped, but this one was even better. We recommended Bellarome to our other family members (this trip was coordinated around a wedding in Assisi) and Bellarome (Rose in particular) did a fantastic job of choreographing this complicated dance for us. We look forward to our next Italian adventure, booked with our Italian expert guides.

Giulia at Bellarome organised our trip to Milan and then on to Lake Como perfectly, beyond what I could have wished for. Everything ran like clockwork, the hotels were in fantastic locations with excellent facilities and everything about them made our holiday so special. Giulia organised all our transport which ran so smoothly. This was quite a last minute decision from us and Giulia had everything sorted in no time at all. This was our second time booking through Bellarome, and won’t be our last!

Andrijana was so helpful and attentive when arranging my 50th birthday holiday to Lake Garda and Venice. From the beautiful PDF proposal she sent through when I originally enquired, to support whilst on holiday, nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic time. Better still the price of the holiday was very reasonable. I would highly recommend her service!

We cannot recommend Bellarome Travel for providing us with the best holiday we could have ever asked for.Due to covid it was postponed for over two years and it was absolutely no bother at all in rearranging the dates a few times and keeping in contact with the team. Any unavoidable last minute changes to the detailed and incredibly planned itinerary were fantastic and always very well communicated. We were able to pay in separate payments which was also great for us.Alex went above and beyond with our trip where we went to Rome, Florence and Venice and we also did a day trip whilst in Florence where we went to Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena which I cannot recommend enough if you get the chance to add it onto your excursion.I was in regular communication with Alex throughout the whole process via email and phone and he was always incredibly helpful and polite. We were not experienced travellers and he always answered all of my queries in very good time.Bellarome managed everything from the air travel, airport transfers, hotels, tours, excursions and trains.I would also recommend booking the excursions with Bellarome if you can as all of the tours and the tour guides were amazing, their knowledge and general candour was exceptional. If we ever had any problem locating the tour guide it only took a quick phone call either to the tour company itselves or Bellarome.My phone was sadly stolen in Rome which is something I would be wary of but I was put at ease when I rang Alex in a bit of a panic who easily made sure all of my contact details were changed to my partners in case someone needed to get in touch with us.Our trip to Italy was something myself and my partner will remember as one of the best times of our lives. I honestly cannot put into words how absolutely incredible the whole holiday was from start to finish and cannot thank Alex and Bellarome enough for their impeccable organisational skills and amazing Italian knowledge. Never did I expect to take a family trip with 19 people but i did, and Bellarome Travel made it the trip of a lifetime! From the drivers to the tour guides, hotels and food there was nothing first class service. Their attention to detail and daily communication made it a stress free experience. Used Bellarome Travel agents for our trip from 5th - 12th May 2023. Andrijana managed to organise a trip for my two daughters and I. We visited Rome, Florence, Venice and Milan. This was an excellent break with lovely hotels, excellent transport and informative tour guides. We had a wonderful time and feel that the whole experience from first enquiry to arriving home was brilliant. Would definitely recommend Andrijana and Bellarome Travel.

What a wonderful holiday to Tuscany! This was a special anniversary trip postponed because of COVID and Andrijana couldn’t have done more to give my wife and I a truly memorable trip. Florence, a wonderful personalised day tour of Tuscany high spots including wine tasting, Lucca and finishing with glorious quiet days in Viaraggio. Brilliant hotels, each with their own special characteristics, transfers in luxury and right on time plus help with excellent train journeys. All the way through the planning and even whilst in Italy, Andrijana was there for us, to respond to queries and ensure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend the bespoke services of Bellarome.

The trip was fantastic! Mario at Bellarome perfectly tailored our honeymoon trip to our specifications. All of our hotels were beyond expectations - clean, friendly, comfortable and uniquely captured the location. Transportation was on time and professional. For example, we forgot a bag in the front seat of one car, and the company brought it back to us within 24 hours (we told them no rush). Each private tour was with an expert guide. We could tell the guide was beyond knowledgeable in the subject matter. Fantastic English! The best part of Bellarome was how they handled all logistics. If there were any miscues with logistics, we didn’t know, because our guide worked directly with Bellarome. Also, in our final stop, we had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as a honeymoon gift from Bellarome! Would recommend to anyone looking to travel to Sicily for sightseeing or leisure. Truly made for a perfect honeymoon!

We used this agency via Zicasso for a 2 week trip to Italy in May of 2023. Overall, they planned an exceptional trip, and the guides/ most hotels were wonderful. We did have an issue arise about a vendor that failed to show up, but we were ultimately compensated and received a free upgrade on another tour we had scheduled in Florence. I would use Bellarome again especially for trips to Italy.
