The service at Alpha Phones is speedy, professional and friendly and it's a relief to know that such a business exists in the locale. I managed to drop my Samsung twice within the space of two months and on both occasions I was able to drop my phone off with Alpha late in the day after I'd finished work and was able to pick it up, fixed, at the end of the next day. I've never had to have a phone repaired before but I really don't feel the need to try another repairer should the need arise again as I feel confident that Alpha will do the best job possible.

I sold my phone to Alpha today. I tried selling to CEX, but they don’t accept battery capacities under 75%. Alpha accepts all. Great service and very friendly :))

Brilliant service. Open late, dropped off at 19:30, Alpha managed to get parts that evening and got phone back to me with new screen by early next day. Much cheaper than new phone and so welcome to get great service. Thoroughly recommended.

The majority of the reviews here are right: Alpha Phones is a great shop where there is not only good alternatives of phone materials, but the service is outstanding. I experienced this when they were to fix my broken screen of Iphone 5s. So cheap and just within two hours, my phone was like new again. Sensing how Alpha truly cared about my best, there is not doubt they put the customer first. Being that genuinely professional, Alpha Phones deserves 5 stars.

About a week ago, I needed the screen replaced on my iPhone 6S after dropping it, and looked through reviews and find great reviews for Alpha Phones and it was local. I called them up and they answered immediately, were very helpful and told me to come over within the hour. The owner actually fixed my phone within 20 minutes on the spot and even gave me a deal, what a lovely guy! They are slightly hidden inbetween Surbiton and Kingston and they deserve people knowing about them. I highly recommend them! Thank you!
