I’m so glad I decided to video my husband’s funeral. John was amazing the video is so good captured everything we wanted. Its such a difficult and sad time but to be able to watch it back is therapeutic for me. I laugh and cry at the memories would recommend John services.

I would like to say a very big thank you to John, He assisted with a recording and live streaming of a Service. From initial contact, John was brilliant! John showed attention to detail and was very sensitive to ensure all the family needs were met. John truly went above and beyond, every aspect of the funeral service was covered from our initial meeting at the home address to the service location then the cemetery. Thank you again.

John was brilliant, his live streaming of the journey to the cemetery, the funeral ceremony and at the graveside were faultless. This was vitally important as my wife is unable to travel and it was as if we were there. At the funeral tea afterwards he took the trouble to interview a number of those friends who attended the funeral and included these interviews in the edited recording he made available. We are eternally grateful to him.

John was brilliant, and he went much more than the extra mile. Highly Recommended!We held a memorial service for wife's mother who had died aged 93 after 23 years in a dementia home. John's role was to create a video which ran on a very large screen TV to the audience during the memorial service, integrate and run video eulogy sent from Australia, create some music videos with music her mum would have danced to etc. And, finally he created an edited video recording.He also livestreamed the whole proceeding so friends and relatives in Australia, Spain, Kuwait, Abu Dhabi, and the UK could join by video.Throughout the whole process John pitched everything just right. He coordinated the service running order with my wife and her sister and the Celebrant, and every step of the way he was super professional, with super attention to detail.John helped to make it a wonderful event. I did not need a recording, but wanted an audio visual display at a crematorium that didn't offer this facility. I don't think John had provided this service before, but came up with ideas and all the equipment to do an excellent Job. He turned up well prepared and rehearsed. Very pleased with the professional and attentive way John provided this service. Would highly recommend.

I was really impressed with the way John and the team carried out the filming for my mum funeral. John showed attention to detail and was very sensitive to ensure all the family needs were met.my mum Victoria's funeral was live streamed which was shared internationally to family in Canada and Jamaica. Coverage was also done at the Conference Suite after the funeral , John covered all the fun bits including the speeches and the dancing !!!I would fully recommend John Stephens Video service to anyone looking for that professional and caring touch. John did the most wonderful job live streaming my Mum's funeral in April 2022 & produced the most beautiful video for us, uploaded as a permament memory on You Tube. He was a total rock to us all... our strength & stay on the day. He was so smartly attired, sensitive, considerate, thorough, informative & a perfectionist. He captured every detail both before the actual service, during and afterwards. We could not have asked for more. The quality was excellent & he produced the video after the service within a day. We have had comments from Mum's friends wide & far from all over the world, who were all absolutely thrilled to have been able to share the service with us, as well as before & afterwards & who felt they were there with us. I cannot thank John enough & highly recommend him to everyone who might like a livestream or a video of such an occasion. He is the kindest nicest person & we would not have managed to get through this highly emotional day without him. All thanks & best wishes to John.

This was the second time we have had John video a funeral for us, first being my Grandads, second being my Nans. Just as the first time, he was professional and organised. He always responded to messages with any enquiries quickly and we received an all round excellent service from him. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again in the future. Thanks John.

We received many positive comments regarding the live streaming from family abroad, who were delighted to be able to share the day with us.From initial contact, John was nothing but attentive and professional. I had communicated with him both via email and telephone and he was more than happy to go over the finer details, so the family felt at ease and knew what to expect. John liaised with the funeral directors which made things easier for the family and the day before the funeral he made contact to confirm all the details.He filmed at the church, from the church to the graveside and then the graveside. John went, and continues to go, above and beyond to make the funeral video personalised. After the funeral, John contacted the family to choose background music for the video. We were able to pick music my grandad would listen as well as those which reminded us of him; this was a lovely touch. John is very attentive to how you would like the day to be presented. On behalf of the Vaughan's family for my father's funeral. He set up a video link which was perfect in different viewing angles. And then edited the funeral itself. The time at the church was very blurry for us. So being able to watch it back so beautifully done was amazing.
