Purchased 3 squishmallow soft toys online. 1 was faulty and I emailed with the problem numerous times as I was unable to give as a gift, but no response from them. Very poor.

Nice to have such a large toy shop in Putney. The product I bought was the same price as John Lewis and only marginally more than it was online. Staff were perfectly polite. Support your local shops!

This store have a good selection of toys but the staff discriminated against. As soon as I walked I started looking for what I wanted to get, seconds after a member of staff rushed round the corner and started acting as if she was rearranging toys. I walked away because I could tell this would not be a pleasant experience and I didn’t see what I wanted in that section. I was looking for a specific brand of toy and found a section more suited for the age I was looking at then another or the same person came walking by slowing. I had a toy I was going to purchase but put it down and walked out. It is uncomfortable shopping in a store where employees see your a black person and automatically it means in a theft. There’s was other in the store who a different ethnicity and they didn’t treat them like that. It’s a shame really because I really wanted to get something but their behaviour was absolutely disgusting!

This perhaps was the worst retail experience of my entire life. My son purchased the toy by accident. I was trying to return it. The cashier didn’t accept it, because the box was slightly torn. She spoke to me in a frankly rude manner. When I told her that I will send in a complaint, she took the box and tore it further before my eyes.I really do think management doesn’t seem to care at all about its customers. I will never come there again.

It's quite a big shop but caters mostly for 2-7 year olds with very little for older children. Which is a shame as often the 2-7 year olds will arrive with older brothers / sisters.. A missed opportunity.

Nice toy store on the first floor or Putney Exchange shopping centre on the high street. There's evevators as well as escalators and stairs. Sell range of toys from baby upwards. Nice collection of scooters and accessories. There are 4 you rides just outside the store: Ben and Holly ride with Gaston, Noddy car, Thomas training and another I forget. Price for toys is on par with RRP. Also sell wrapping accessories. Store is medium sized (subjective) is well layed out with wide aisles. There isn't a play or seating area though. Also in Putney Exchange are more toy rides on the ground floor (under the escalators) as well as a gymboree and kids shoe store adjacent to Kids Stuff on the first floor. The Exchange also has underground parking.

VERY RUDE. I used to go here at least once a week as we're local and I have two young boys. I will never step foot in the place again after today. I told my two year old he could have a toy so we were testing them because they had lots of different ones which did different things. A woman came over and told us that they were demo batteries and to stop pressing the buttons. I was livid and we walked out of the shop without buying anything. I will recommend everyone who still shops here to go elsewhere where toys are more than likely more reasonable any way.
