Really helpful staff. Chris was amazing. He guided me through the whole process and nothing was too much trouble. The place is very clean, there's multiple trolleys to shift your stuff and a big car park to offload everything. Really recommend this place if you wanna store stuff. Chris and the rest of the team are great.

Incredible. I think it's seriously cleaner than hospitals I've been into. Most storage facilities remind me of locations used in horror movies, but this is clean, bright, modern, secure, everything is new, and the staff are lovely. So impressed.

Very nice person there, they always give you hand when you needed a help. our office upstairs, we got a lot of help from reception, for example, printing some doc., the screw tool and print paper, thank you so much.

Super happy with the efficient, courteous and through service I received from Naz who was helping me when I came in last week. The initial room I had booked was too small, so she quickly helped me find the right size and walked me through my in person check in. I have stored with Big Yellow in Ilford before and this was the second time I am using their service, highly recommended for the facilities and excellent service from staff! Ah and also a big thank you to Meghan who helped me do my booking on the phone and followed up with all the necessary information afterwards.
