I booked in for a 1-1 breathwork session to help boost my overall health after illness. Not only did my breathing improve within a week or two through simple, effective exercises, guided expertly by Rebecca, I started using the calming breath exercises in stressful situations and continue to do so. Highly recommended as an investment in better physical and mental health!

Becky was such a warming person from the moment I arrived, she helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Her teaching felt really accommodating for my limited movement in my hips.She gave me lots of different instructions and options when I struggled and this helped me get more out if my practice. I left feeling a huge sense of progress and confidence in my movement. A great class & a great teacher.

Rebecca is a really talented teacher who considers all aspects of the mind and body. Her style of teaching is compassionate and individualised to each of her students needs. She teaches yoga asana thoroughly, guiding us to set up poses with care and precision, in a way that is right for our unique bodies, rather than guiding us through a flow of sequences without paying attention to strength/ alignment/ stability/ breath etc. Such a lovely studio, it is always a joy to practice here.

I first heard about Rebecca’s classes from a friend, and signed up to the beginner 5 week course, which was fantastic for someone like me who has never really done yoga before.Rebecca is an excellent teacher, who clearly explains each of the poses or holds being explored and has such an encouraging manner, her students feel comfortable and confident in their learning. I found the breath work and being present elements of the classes as important as the poses and holds, and that by learning to focus on breath and being present helped me improve on the physical side of the classes.Now I’ve completed the beginners course, I’ve booked for Foundation yoga and I’m looking forward to continuing my yoga learning.

Rebecca is a fantastic yoga and breathwork teacher. I came to Rebecca several months ago looking to improve my flexibility and strength, with the aim of assisting with a unique and complex lower back problem. Through a number of very enjoyable individual 1:1 sessions, Rebecca has guided me through the fundamentals of key yoga stretches and poses. Her approach to teaching made me feel very comfortable straight away, tailoring each session to my needs. I now feel considerably more flexible and stronger, and better able to manage and reduce the symptoms of my lower back problem. Crucially, I feel a lot more confident in my movement again.Rebecca offers a range of sessions as well as a breathwork workshop, which is also excellent! This has taught me how to breathe correctly and has reduced anxiety. I would recommend Rebecca to anyone looking to get into yoga, and improve their flexibility and breathing!

I recently attended a Breathwork workshop with Becca. I was very impressed by her knowledge and passion of the subject. The 3 hours went by so quickly, it really felt like I could have stayed all day!!We practised a few methods of nasal breathing after some education on the principles and practicalities of breathwork.It was overall enjoyable, educational and practical. I can highly recommend this workshop and would even consider attending again in the future as a refresher.

Rebecca is a fantastic yoga instructor with an uncanny ability to sense the skill level of a mixed class and then crafts the lessons accordingly. The sessions are always fun and varied and I highly recommend going!

My husband picked up a business card and thought that I may benefit from some supervised breathing exercises. I have Atrial Fibrillation and sometimes struggle to get my breath when under stress or increase in exertion. I made an appointment and Becky quickly made me feel at ease. I had a 3 session course, with homework! I now have tools to increase my quality of life and I continue to improve. I would recommend Becky to anybody with breathing problems.

I visited Rebecca following an illness which triggered my asthma and a friend had suggested that the breathing classes may help. I had 1-2-1 sessions and Rebecca was so knowledgeable, and caring. She quickly put me at ease with her calming and relaxed demeanour. In a short space of time, my symptoms were significantly reduced and I have learned exercises and techniques that I will continue to make part of my daily routine and have shared with my family. I have a teen who will be sitting exams very soon and we will be doing the exercises together for other benefits; quiet focus, headspace, mindfulness, stress reduction. The list goes on. I actually didn’t even require the final session as my improvement was so marked. I’m so glad I met Rebecca and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.
