WOW!!! what amazing customer service I received from Sophie, Molly and Taylor in the lead up to Christmas. I had been in with my teenage daughter but didn't want her to see me buy her her Christmas gifts. Went home and came back later on my own and had forgotten which product shades she liked but instantly the staff remembered as she has pointed to them and got me sorted with everything I needed! Thank you so much.Sorry it took so long to leave the promised review but lost my receipt where I had written your names down and have only just found it!!

I'm not a makeup person, so when my daughter asked foe some Charlotte makeup I didn't have a clue, but luckily I walked into the store and a lovely girl called molly asked if I needed some help, advised on what she thought my daughter would like, Thank-you very much for your help will definitely shop there again.

I was served by Jenny who demonstrates shades of Pillow talk blush & highlighter & I thought gift set, then sampled lip liner Kiss n tell , went for lunch & returned 3hrs later to buy it as still in olace. I’m 71yrs & she could not have been more helpful, smiley & kind. Jenny you are fab Happy Christmas
