My son should have been going on a residential this June with his primary school. It's fully paid for.They are refusing to give a full refund. Schools are not even going to be open except for key worker's children, so why they think it would be ok to put 20-30 kids together on a residential is a joke. I'm sure my solicitor will sort it out.

Went for the family fun day Saturday 4th may, fantastic day out , very well organized,the staff were friendly and very helpful.. wish they had more open days or something similar.id definitely bring my daughter again,she gained a lot more confidence with some of the activities by the end of the day,and being very local it would be ideal... She is in year 8 so I'm under the impression it's only caters for 7 to 11 years with the schools. But robinwood inmy opinion she great for grown up kids too!

Outstanding activity center! I went with a Year 6 class for the day and they all absolutely loved it. From the time you arrive the day is filled with activities. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and accomodating. I would highly recommend this center to any school.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would, the staff have gone above and beyond with catering for my sons additional needs they have all been amazing and my son has had a fantastic time.The food has been great and the activities haven't challenging but fantastic.

Fantastic experience for children at this new centre in North Wales. Superb, professional, experienced and very friendly staff. Excellent activities for children with expert tuition. Children are supervised round the clock by centre staff. Food and accommodation for the children and adults are good, no complaints! Children arrive home full of exciting stories and want to go back! As a parent and teacher, I highly recommend.
