Fantastic evening we rented out part of the pub privately we had bar staff looking after us they where so so helpful we asked they just did it nothing was a problem

Well quite clearly if your not a regular don't expect a welcome, female staff at the time not at all hospitable made it quite clear it was an effort to serve and would sooner carry on chatting to the handful of customers/friends already in there and would advise not to have the peanuts as we did, that stated on packet best before 3/2/18 now the 24/2/18, upon leaving approached bar a called thank you twice and got totally ignored, very rude and unsociable pub that won't be visiting again.

Amazing pub! We have visited this pub several times and the landlord and staff have always been really welcoming. The drinks and snacks are very reasonably priced and it is so nice to sit next to the river and watch the world go by
