I wanted a burst blood vessel removed and was quoted £350 from a place in Truro. I went to Tava and paid £45, they did a brilliant job, really lovely people!

I had my eyebrows waxed and they pulled off skin around my eyebrows. The redness hasn’t gone down overnight and it’s stings whenever I put moisturiser on.

I just got charged £15 to have 10minutes to remove a shellac that was applied somewhere else, they said they charge £10 if I'd had it done there. If you need a shellac removed go the the salon on Killigrew Street they only charge £5-50 and it's free if you are having a new one applied.My own fault I should have asked for the price before I booked, it was more convenient but I won't be using them again

Paid £25 for Shellac which came off after 2 days. The girl was friendly but I was in and out within 25 minutes. There was no prep done on my nails apart from a very quick file, was so surprised as had Shellac done lots of times in other salons & they take great care in getting nails ready before painting the nail. A complete waste of time. Plus it was hard to see the true colour of the varnish as the beauty room was fairly dark. Sorry but I will never go back!!

I made a booking for a mini manicure shellac and min pedicure shellac as seen on their website.Only thing I had for nail prep was some quick filing after removing my old shellac.All the dust from the removal was not dusted off my hands.No cuticle removal which overall made the manicure look untidy.Quite disappointed overall.The lady is quite nice though
