I was a bit apprehensive with having to have 2 party wall notices, one next to a commercial property however Harkishan was excellent.I had nothing to worry about, everything was done smoothly and in good time and as a massive bonus my costs came in at the bottom end of the scale. The whole process was smooth and easy. I'd definitely use Harkishan again

I recently bought a run down house that was in need of lots of extensions and a general refurb.After discovering ROC haus through recommendations and meeting Andrew and the team, I proceeded with ROC haus... I am glad I did.The whole process was made so easy, it removed the stress completely.Andrew had great ideas on on the layout for the house, which we had not even thought of.Chrystalla and Sabina on the architectural team were a joy to deal with. Very creative and competent. Planning was achieved with minimal fuss!We had a difficult neighbour to deal with before the build started. Harkishan and Karen on the party wall side of things eased my neighbours concerns and protected the relationship. Thank god!We are now getting on with the work and I'm so glad that the planning and party process was dealt with so smoothly. A fantastic experience with Andrew & Roc-haus for commitment and detail. My architect Sabina was always friendly, attentive, very patient and professional with excellent communication skills. She created a great design and was very accommodating of the many changes I made along the way and Andrew gave us some invaluable advice for the reasonably complicated project. The plans produced were brilliant, and it seems no stone was left unturned. Most significantly, I got the planning permission I hoped for.It's clear that they really care about what they do and uphold very high standards.A big thank you to all the Roc-haus team that have been involved in this project (Andrew & Sabina) and looking forward to its completion soon.

We were recommended to Andrew Sheeley by a builder with whom we had worked previously (and whose work we had been very happy with and whom we engaged in relation to the extension in question). Andrew spent time with us at the outset to help us understand the process and the cost of the various steps that would need to be taken. Andrew was very responsive, as was his colleague Sabina and his colleague Karen. The drawings that they produced were excellent. They guided us in terms of design, helping us to get the very most out of our extension. They coordinated work carried out by a structural engineer whom they recommended and they handled the party wall awards for two neighbours. Their charges were fair. Andrew and his team have been a pleasure to work with. We have full confidence in Andrew and his team, which we do not say without very good reason in any circumstances.
