I have always find most Starbucks very pleasant apart from the one I visited today, Village Hotel - Dudley where the staff serving me was not professional and did not seem to know what drinks they offer. She left top lid loose and I burnt myself but not got any apologies. Will not be going to this one ever again but will use other Starbucks

At any time you go to this location, it's closed, it doesn't have coffee and they only want you to pay with your card, when you have the chance to find a coffee there...the staff is rude and unprofessional. I believe that this location needs to be re-staffed and re-organized

Awful. Open" but not taking cash? No signs saying "cash not accepted" and the lady was dismissive and rude. Went over to the road to Costa for a lovely drink

Very rude and unprofessional unwelcoming staff, I have never encountered such rudeness in my life!Man, I am a customer buying from you rather than begging!Approached a young man there asking for a black coffee, said that I should keep quite as he is doing some smoothies preparation setting in his machine and to come in another time!I do not know why the hill you open then!I will never approach this branch and hope Starbucks so something about the rudeness of their employees!

Absolutely love the Starbucks products and there is nothing better to indulge yourself than a cold mocca on a hot day. Normally I always give 5* to Starbucks, on this occasion I have held back a bit as I have visited the place twice now and I can always spot dirty tables and something in need of a cleaning touch...

Slowest service I've ever had. One customer in front of me should not equate to nearly 20 minutes waiting for two coffee. Staff more interested on drive thru even though drive thru wasn’t busy

Wow I really enjoyed myself this morning at this startbucks, the atmosphere was good and I especially enjoyed the outdoor seating area where my partner and I sat and had our coffees and my bun. Friendly staff.
