i had Carolann as a tutor for my course and she made sure that everyone enjoyed the lesson, i hated being in a classroom but she actually made it fun. lovely woman!

If your lacking qualifications and experience its decent i felt its something that would have benefitted me 10 years ago when I was 19 not 28. I went for one week but received a qualification that I was told I would receive after 2 weeks. Didn't make sense to me why they were so eager for me to come in till then. Every person that does their course this company gets paid for it. I wouldn't have an issue if they had better integrity with how they carried themselves about it. Still gave them 3 stars because if you are a kid who wants to get into work then it is a really good course for you. Otherwise don't waste your time if you already have decent experience of working

Day one with carolann was amazing . Just a lovely lady with lots of personal experience to back up the theory. But most all just a lovely lady who made me feel so at ease when I felt rather anxious at the beginning . Looking forward to day 2 next week .

A complete waste of my time, promised me a interview with high success rate and certificate, I took this course almost over 7 weeks ago. They made me go through a mental wellbeing course which is completely unnecessary as the majority of young people know what mental health is and don't need a 4 day lecture about it. When I finished the course I could never get answer about when interviews are, then they tried to recommend me a warehouse job even tho I took hospitality course. Also the lecturer I had constantly belittled me and corrected me alot over nearly everything and spoke down to me like I was some sort of child even tho I'm landlord. They act soo nice to you at the beginning and then treat you like a burden when all you want to know is when you get a certificate and interview. It's very clear to me that all they care is getting people on the course so they can keep the business running. Admilty one staff member actual cared a little and actual tried, god bless her soul but lead me to a job where I was completely messed around with. I'd only recommend this course for anyone who is leaving college after the age 18. The stuff they teach you is almost quite insulting as it's such basic boring stuff which we already know. Honestly massively let down and has shattered my hopes of ever trying to get another job. Thanks for nothing. It's very clear that they get a increase in money for every person that joins the course soo they don't really care for you're wellbeing nor employment. Just themselves is all they care about
