When I first tried Burger King some time ago, I was not impressed. I have since returned to try one more time, and found a complete turnaround, food, staff, and help fantastic. Well done staff....

Stopped in for a quick lunch while out shopping, service was a little slow but not terrible, food was'nt hot or very warm and thrown together and the bacon was a few tiny pieces chucked on top a burger. Fries were ok but some were hard especially in the kids meal. Tables where dirty and also the area where condiments and napkins where kept and i found it very pricey considering what you get and the quality, all in all disappointed with our first visit to weymouth burgerking

The touchscreen ordering system doesn't work for everyone and you shouldn't have to explain this when you want to order at the counter instead!!The food was delicious as expected for a BK....but the restaurant was cold because the AC was on even though it was a wet cold day!

I can not stress enough how much I would avoid burger king in Weymouth. I've personally given this place so many chances as I love burger king normally. but this chain just can't seem to do a decent burger always soggy cold and tough as old boots

I hate apps, but you must get the BK app to get good prices on the food. If you pay menu price you will pay far too much. The app offers better deals than the menu- you just scan the QR code on the app at the kiosk to get the lower prices.The plant based Whopper is really good- the flavour and texture is very close to a real burger. I think if you gave it to someone and didn't tell them it was vegan they would never know. And the Burger King vegan burgers are better than the vegan burgers at Wetherspoons because they're NOT fried. The fries are also tasty.I've been here a few times now and the meals are always consistently good and the staff are always friendly, but the wait for the food is sometimes long.I'm only giving 3 stars because once I watched the staff cooking the burgers in an unsanitary manner. I watched one chap wipe his nose on the side of his hand (near the thumb) and continue to add a slice of cheese to a burger (and he never washed his hands), he was wearing a watch (infection hazard!) and he touched the back of his trousers a few times while he prepared food (so anything nasty he sat on was transferred to the ALL of food he prepared). Honestly, I almost asked for a refund while I was waiting for my food, but I thought that this happens in a lot of kitchens where I don't see the chef.

You can only order at the touch screens and there's not many tables, it seems like it's designed for taking the food away. The food is cooked to order so expect a bit of a wait but as Burger Kings go, the food is good

Really hard to order your food, you had to use one of the machines to do this. ( rather tricky if you are not up with mod cons) . In the end the staff had to help me which surely defeats the object.Food like everywhere was expensive but did taste nice and glad of my decision..

Fast service and great burger. Glad Weymouth finally has a Burger King! Loaded fries are a bit disappointing though, it was literally just a melted cheese slice on fries..!

Disappointing franchise.You can only order on the touch screen machines which is very unfair on the older customers, 2 of which were trying to order while qe were there and were not doing well.Only seemed to be a couple of staff working so orders were slow.Just generally and unfriendly environment and below par service

Had a delivery. Large fries did not make it half up the box and was cold. Burgers although lovely, it was beyond the staff’s capability to mark the tick of which burger was which
