Ross responded to my enquiry very promptly and it became immediately apparent over the phone that he understood what he considered to be the problem with our 1940 converted Aga. He made an appointment within a few days, arrived on time, worked in a most professional manner explaining what the problem was. He gave the Aga a full service and left it cleaner than he found it! It’s working better an ever. Ross followed up with a curtesy call a couple of weeks later. Certainly to be recommended.
