Carnebo Holiday Barns - Country View Cottages

I had a lovely time hear I came here 2019 in the lavender yurt and I was beautiful the people there are so nice and everything was clean and very nice pool and hot tub xx

Rebooked as we had a great time...unfortunately I was diagnosed with cancer..these people were amazing and gave a refund straight away as treatment was ongoing... Thank you lovely people xxx

We stayed in the Poppy yurt and had an absolutely lovely time here. Our little boy (2 years old) loved the playground and the hot tub. It isn't too crowded so the use of shared facilities is really easy. The kitchen was great. The location was really good too with easy access to Perrenporth and Newquay. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the noise from the road, otherwise it was lovely. Thank you :)

We stayed in one of the cottages at Carnebo holiday barns but the experience wasn’t great.Considering they allow dogs the have carpet in the living room which absolutely stunk of wet dog. We called the office and they came and sprayed it. The next day the smell was there again and dog hair had come up in clumps. They still didn’t come and deal with the issue properly.The shower didn’t drain so asked them to have a look and they pulled out a huge clump of hair. This should have been done before we arrived.Just when we thought that was enough, we found a big ants nest in the main bedroom. Fortunately they sorted this when we were out for the day but it didn’t make us feel very nice.Didn’t get any offer of money back and we didn’t feel like they looked after their guests very well at all.The swimming pool and hot tub were ok but the hot tub wasn’t cleaned once when we were there and we left 2 days early.Over all I wouldn’t recommend.

My wife and i stayed here for a week the cottage was lovely swimming pool was nice and warm while staying here we found two nice pubs to eat the bolingey inn and the miners arms not far from here will defintly be coming back

Brilliant stay we hired all 5 yurts as one big family over Easter and it was incredible, the owners are so lovely and accommodating, the facilities where clean and well maintained, hit tub, heated pool and washer/dryer also came in really useful. My only recommendation is to put a heater in the communal living area as it was cold at night and made it difficult to stay up and socialise. First experience staying in a yurt and will definitely be back, great location too beach is 5mins down the road but also a really good base for exploring the area. Brilliant place for a holiday. Nice size so it feels cosy and the kids loved the heated pool. Well placed for other attractions.

This was the ideal glamping experience for kids, set in Cornwall and absolutely surrounded by fantastic beaches, a supermarket, a play park and fields. The cottages are cozy and thematic, with plush, pastille colours and comfy beds, plus the TVs that come with every tent. Not to mention the swimming pool and hot tub(!) on one side of the place. There is also a small climbing frame fitted with swings, a climbing rope and a platform to have a nice chat on, as well as a lounge with sofas, a TV and DVDs.

Stayed in Towan Cottage in early March 2022. The cottage was lovely and just the right size for two of us. An excellent location for travelling around Cornwall, being only 5 minutes’ drive from the A30. The cottage itself was very nice, clean, tidy and had good facilities! A small issue with our shower was very promptly fixed by the site manager.We found a few small drawbacks. Firstly, it wasn’t clear exactly what kitchen utensils would be provided - an inventory that we could look at in advance would have been useful. The cottage was quite small - fine for two people but a group of four might be a little cramped. The upstairs bed is in need of a new mattress! The location of the site means you can’t really walk anywhere, especially when it’s dark…so no evening strolls into the village, sadly.Despite a few small issues, the cottage met our needs very well. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to return again in the not too distant future!

Just returned home from a lovely week at Carnebo Barns family holiday .Wonderful place for the family ,grand daughter and the dogs ,the whole family enjoy the pool ,especially our grand daughter Thank you to Andy and staff for relaxing and friendly atmosphere ,would recommend to couples and families .
