Decent equipment but always busy, the staff doesn't serve any purpose at all, their Internet doesn't work and there is no signal inside. At least it is kinda clean. You get what you pay I guess

One of the manager’s there was really helpful to me when I was having an issue with my access code and ensured it was resolved efficiently. Having a ladies workout room is a great touch too!

My favourite one around . Very spacious , clean , has everything what I need for my training . Also has a studio for classes and not every branch of “The Gym Group” has it. Love it

This is the best gym in our neighbourhood. I love to work out there every day . Very neat and clean, equipment's in excellent condition. All team members are very cooperative and friendly. The only thing I'm missing is steam room/sauna .

The gym is well equipped. The instructors are great people, for example Georgeta is an amazing instructor, very energetic, patient and kind. I enjoyed the service at the gym.

To be honest, it’s been my best and most consistent period at any gym as the staff as well as managers are super friendly during the hours that they’re here and always more than willing to go an extra mile. The cleaning staff are superb and always on hand. Gym is spacious and the vibe created by the staff encourages all members to also contribute to an enjoyable experience.

Pros: Staffs are very friendly and helpful.Cons: (1) Not a safe place. I already got my earphones stolen the first time I used this gym. Unbelievable. (1) No wifi, no phone signal. That's why I put my earphones next to the machine and got stolen. (3) No lockers, people are kist hanging their belongings on the machine or placing them on the ground. (4) Machines are old models compared with the other countries & big cities I have been living in. Machines are place right next to each other, over crowded like hamsters cage. (5) Some machines are broken and handles are sticky.

The gym group in Wembley is so so so very spacious, and the Internet works fine, and music is not so loud that can interfere with our own headphones that is good.
