Really easy to book the appointment. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The vet, Lionel, was really patient with our daughter as she was quite nervous for her kitten.

Just back from visiting with my cat Lyla, can't rate my experience highly enough - from the lovely lady on the front (who's name I wish I'd taken) who helped me recover the phone I'd left in a cab on arrival, to Lionel the vet who took time to reassure me and explain everything as we went - in 30 minutes I left with 3 medications, solid advice, a sensible bill with no upsell, and a massive weight off my mind. Thanks all!

Very pleased with our first visit. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. The vet was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything. When I booked an appointment the staff were very helpful and polite in finding a date that worked for me. Everywhere was very clean, my appointment was on time. I thought the treatment was reasonably priced too.
