Last week went into chemist a member of staff went outside to chat to a friend with a dog the friend said you have a customer staff member said o they can wait I couldn't believe what I was hearing staff are there to work and to serve us I never said anything but nearly did but knew I would have been told I'm being rude I have never been to a chemist where staff look missarable there are probably 2 members of staff that are pleasant if I dident have to go there I wouldn't

I have lived in Sandown for 3 years now, and I found certain staff unfriendly, unhelpful and almost judgemental. About 6 months ago, a lovely blonde girl, unsure where she's from, irrelevant, began working at the till. She is amazing! Always friendly, never appears stressed, always so helpful. I wish I knew her name, because she is a massive credit to the store. And I want Boots, as a company, to know that they have someone so brilliant on their team. Having only just moved to the isle of wight I had to get my medication ( my first perception ) it had been delayed from the surgery. But Lilly went above and beyond to get my medication that day. Great job well done

The staff are rude don't have any time for customers. Will never go in there again. I'd rather go to the other side of the island.. nightmare staff

Where do I start? Lola is awful. A moody moo. Sort it out! The waiting times are atrocious. Rude staff. Overall, a depressing place to deal with. Update: 21/02/23 - been waiting nearly an hour for a repeat prescription. Disgusting wait times.

The pharmacy is appalling. The waiting time is incredibly long and staff seem quite miserable. I was waiting with my nan. We were waiting for medication for end of life care for my grandad. After a 45 min wait the lady quizzed us about picking this up. I get she has a job to do, but there is a way of asking, and a tone you could use that might be a little more friendly. Left feeling quite upset and annoyed...hence this review. Thank you Boots for making a tough time even worse.

I took some medication back as I no longer use them was told to take them back home the medication that I needed was not there so went back up to exsplain I was given a prescription take to gp but on reading the prescription it said they the next tablets due 19th so rang chemist told them and then I was told I'm being rude I'm not the one being rude this chemist is terrible I'm going somewhere else
