I was in a small screen with very dated seating. For the price I paid I was expecting luxury seats like at other Odeons and cheaper competitors.Options for kids snacks were limited and unsurprisingly expensive.Staff were friendly and helpful.

Seats are not as comfortable as some. Even the newly refurbished IMAX screen seats are quite restrictive in how much they recline compared to some other cinemas. Other than that the experience is as you would expect, overpriced food and drink and expensive ticket prices.

Great new imax screen. Very comfortable even with a bad back... would only go to this cinema if the film was in this screen though

A new refurbished place. The seats in the IMAX screen still smell like a new car. Incredible experience. The sound was literally moving. Everything was perfect.

It's a cinema that's it buy tickets and watch a movie but the staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional it's like they r not happy with their jobs they should get some customer service training

The place is run down with small seats and all them are tatty and damaged. As others have said no heating in cinema not ideal in Scotland in December and they charge you more than any other cinema in the east of Scotland for the pleasure!

Not the greatest when compared to any other cinema I been to. I visit every couple of months but I find myself venturing to others more and more even when this one is only 10 min drive from my house. Its not heated so need to keep a coat on and makes me wonder if the damp smell is the result of poor ventilation and low temperature. Even hand dryer in bathroom blows cold air haha. I find staff much more awake and informed than Edinburgh ones though. Dunfermline Odeon seams most expensive cinema in Scotland. Isense screens are cheeper than this. I keep wondering if it’s so expensive because not as many people come or not many visit because not good value for money. Maybe bit of both. For few quids less this one could be a winner.

Seats are comfy and film screens good. Plenty of free parking and easy to find. Tickets are overpriced compared to other cinemas. Disabled access confined to the front of the screen in ALL screens - No lift access to enable less abled viewers access to the rear of the screens. Got to go to VUE in Livingston if you want more reasonable priced tickets and access to the back of the seating area with your wheelchair/mobility scooter (in screens 1 and 8).
