Always had good service here and the peppermint hot chocolates are better than Starbucks and more generously sized. Since the refit- the unit looks very light wand welcoming. Always where I stop off when passing through Reading Station.

65p surcharge on plant milk. I will be going to starbucks in future who have stopped charging for plant milk

Ordered a coffee. The woman was in the middle of eating, licked her fingers and didn’t wash her hands before making it. Disgusting service.

Old lady in front of us, hard of hearing was treated very badly by the sulky, sneering girls serving. You'll need help one day girls.
