Flames and Fireplaces LTD

Just recently had a wood burning stove supplied and fitted by Flames and Fireplaces in Banbridge. Quality of the stove and workmanship highly recommended, great job.

I highly recommend Flames & Fireplaces. They installed a wood burner for me and the workmanship is excellent. My installation wasn’t straightforward as there were issues around my chimney size but with help and advice from Martina everything was sorted and the installation was completed on schedule.Thank you Martina for all your help.

From the moment we went in, it was obvious that Martina knew what she was talking about. Once we were happy with our buy, it only took 3 weeks for it to be fitted, though is subject to the time if year.Their fitter was on our doorstep at 8 am and left just after 2 with a lovely job completes.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional job

We have just had a wood burning stove fitted in our new home. Martina was able to answer all our queries with such experience we were immediately put at ease. (Other stores we had visited did not) Our fitter Scott was also EXCELLENT!!!. He arrived on time as arranged. He had a friendly manner and as the fitting progressed we were confident in his workmanship. Many thanks to Flames & Fireplaces which we would highly recommend.

Very disappointing service, I clearly stated I needed a wood burning stove compatible with heat recovery system, I was assured the stove I picked was however turns out it is not! Ill-equipped staff when it comes to knowledge. Would highly advise anyone seeking a stove to visit AJ plumping instead.Reply-Martina you are clearly lying here which is so disappointing, I would have more respect if you had been honest and apologised. I never once contacted you first asking for this specific model. I went to your shop asking for a traditional style stove in appearance that was compatible with heat recovery. My husband was very clear it had to be compatible with heat recovery I had reiterated this to u. You told me it was hard to get a traditional looking stove as it would be more contemporary in appearance. It was then you showed me this stove that I purphased. I had full faith in your knowledge and expertise and went with you. Yes I went to AJ plumping about an entirely different matter and mentioned the stove you suggested and yes they came in with a better price which I reiterated to you.they mentioned I needed a kit and I passed this information to you also. It only came to my attention when it was being fitted and my father In law contacted you which again sadly you refused to take liability. Martina I 100% told you about the heat recovery and you know I did too, I'm just disappointed you won't take ownership for this mistake and I hope nobody else will get caught out like I did.
