Station Dry Cleaners

Took 3 RL polo tops in to have the backs taken up to match the front. Simple enough job for a professional service you would think but a disaster and a rip off for what’s been done. Used the same black thread for all 3 tops even though none of them are black. Did not even dethread the original stitching on the back where the garment is folded on the sides. Instead just cut and folded up. Must of taken all of 20 mins to do yet was told 1 week before ready. I will never use their services again. Will now be taking my items elsewhere to get the professional job I expected in the first place done properly.

Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour by members of staff.Unreliable and cannot guarantee dry cleaned garments are ready for the agreed collection date and time. When I returned for collection, I waited for an hour whilst 3 members of staff searched the entire shop for my garments. I was told to return two days later as they could not be found in the stop. When I challenged the member of staff (after visiting the store TWICE) she seemed to think it was acceptable that:1. I could wait until two days later to then only find out what may have happened to my items and that I should return mid day for their convenience.2. Spending 1.5 hours in total whilst staff searched for my garments was acceptable.3. That HURLING Bitchy, offensive, inappropriate, unprofessional and disgusting language at me as I walk out the shop (repeatedly) was appropriate. This was in front of a number of other customers who were also complaining during my 1.5 plus hour visit.I do not recommend, I would never use again and if a 0 star was possible, this would be the rating. AVOID and go down the road!

Been using since i moved to Woolwich in 2014 and never had any problems. They are very accommodating and even get stuff done for delivery to royal arsenal next day on Saturdays!

Very friendly and more than accommodating. I was dubious about taking my dress to be altered as it had many layers and looked difficult to adjust but they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. It was definitely cheaper by far than the other shop I called and they got it done in four days, leaving me time for any adjustments (which it doesn't need because it's perfect). I recommend this shop to anyone looking for any sort of alterations, she even does wedding dresses. So happy with the result, I can't stop telling people.

Excellent service! I needed a jacket alteration. The alteration was done so good that it wasn't visible at all. Also the staff were very helpful by giving me useful suggestions. I felt that these people care not only about the clothes but for the customers also. I was really happy with every aspect of this service. Thank you!

The most affordable tailoring I have come across in London. Sometimes, they take longer than originally intended to tailor your clothes, and once they got the measurements slightly wrong, but they still deliver quality tailoring and outstanding prices overall.

Absolutely terrible dry cleaners. Messed up a bunch of expensive clothes, refused to accept fault or give a refund. Staff were rude and unreasonable - avoid this place if you ever want to wear your clothes again!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Gave my coat to be dry cleaned. Went to collect my coat and still had a mark on it so asked them to clean it again. I went back to collect it a few days later and the belt for the coat was missing. Of course they are blaming me saying I can't prove the belt was there in the first place. Staff were extremely rude to me. It was a trench coat and the belt is material and also needed cleaning. Please be careful if you value your clothes.

I gave them two suits to dry clean. One came back with the same stain - just some chilli sauce (the reason I took it there in the first place) and the other suit had a big fresh stain that wasn't there before!!! Hugo Boss suit as well. Avoid this place!

(1 star, only because there isn't anything lower than that)Cost me a client that I'd been begging to see for months - I'm a freelancer and this is the only way I make ends meet. I had an important meeting on Saturday for 6pm and I needed this client and the potential business they would bring. I brought in a load of blazers and suits I needed to try out before the meeting on Wednesday and said I needed them for Saturday - I turned up early Saturday around 10am because I assumed it would have been done, it wasn't and I was told someone would text me at 4pm so I could come back later in the day to pick it up. Nobody texted me, I turned up to the place at quarter to 6 after wasting an hour past the text time they had given me, also only because I knew they were closing at 6:30pm. The blasè attitude of the owners/workers there was fully unprofessional and I'm pretty sure it was because they thought I was just a kid, I am 30 and just trying to put food on the table. Because of this, I lost that business, the client cancelled on me because I couldn't make it on time and I lost the reference that I was supposed to get from them for other business. So thank you very much. I hope you don't treat your other customers like this but I most certainly will NOT be coming back - I'll find somewhere else, where they have reliable service.
